Your right to cancel, and how to return

The clock starts the day you (or someone you name) receive the package. Within those 14 days you can tell us you're canceling. After that, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

Send an email to bestellingen@flareguard.nl with your order number. One line is enough — you don't have to explain why. You can use the form at the bottom of this page instead, but it isn't required.

We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your message reaches us.

Email us first to cancel. You'll get the return address and instructions in our confirmation — so please don't ship the package before you have those.

Return shipping is on you. It's a small mailbox package, so it won't cost much.

Hold on to your proof of shipment. Until the package reaches us, that receipt is what shows it went out.

Handle and try the FlareGuard the way you would in a store — including holding it up to your bike to see whether it fits. Go beyond that, say by installing it and riding on it for weeks, and we may deduct the drop in value from your refund.

So if you can, send it back in the original packaging, with the screws.

We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of you telling us you're canceling. We can hold off until the product is back with us, or until you show us you shipped it — whichever comes first.

It goes back through the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

That's a different matter from canceling, and no 14-day limit applies. You're entitled to a product that does what you can reasonably expect. If something breaks or isn't right, email us — we'll look into it and repair, replace or refund. That statutory warranty stands on its own and we can't shorten it.

Only use this if you want to cancel the purchase. A plain email works just as well.
