Every offer on flareguard.nl and every order you place here. You can read this page before you check out; placing an order means you agree to it.

The price is € 49,95 including 21% VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is included. Whatever price is on your screen when you order is the price that applies.

If a price has an obvious error in it — a clear typo — we may cancel the order. You'd get everything back.

Your order is final as soon as your payment goes through. You'll get an email confirmation with your order number and the details of your order. Payment runs through Mollie, using iDEAL, credit card or any of the other methods you see there.

We ship as a mailbox package within the Netherlands. The order page shows the expected ship date before you pay, and we repeat that date in your confirmation email.

If it somehow takes longer than 30 days, you can cancel the purchase and get your money back. Until it's delivered, the risk is ours: if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll make it right.

You have 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed. The returns page explains how that works, including the model cancellation form.

You're entitled to a product that does what you can reasonably expect it to. If it doesn't, we'll repair it, replace it or refund you. How long that right lasts depends on what you can expect from this product — there's no fixed term, and we can't shorten that statutory warranty.

What it doesn't cover: damage from incorrect installation, from a crash, or from use on a bike the FlareGuard wasn't made for. Follow the installation guide and check that everything spins free once it's on.

Right now the FlareGuard fits the Veloretti Ace 1 & 2 and Ivy 1 & 2 with a solid chainring guard. It doesn't fit the wider ring with cutouts yet, which is why the order page asks which ring your bike has. Versions for other e-bikes are in development — the site shows which models are available.

We're not affiliated with Veloretti. Veloretti, Ace and Ivy are trademarks of their owner; we name them only to say what our product fits.

Email bestellingen@flareguard.nl. We'll give you a real answer within fourteen days. If we can't work it out together, you can take the dispute to the competent Dutch court. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
